Job Description
Overview
As a Maintenance Technician on the 2nd shift at our manufacturing plant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations across the facility. You will respond to work orders assigned by the Maintenance Scheduler and perform a range of preventative and general maintenance tasks. This position offers an opportunity to apply your maintenance skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires frequent and variable lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Perform electrical and other general maintenance of building and grounds
- Respond to and resolve work orders assigned by the Maintenance Scheduler in a timely manner
- Inspect and diagnose equipment issues, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
- Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment within the facility
