Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to strict privacy while maintaining customer confidence and protecting bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Provide customers with exceptional customer service and execute operational excellence by; greeting every customer with a smile, maintaining eye contact, calling them by name, staying connected in conversation and letting them know they are appreciated.
- Pick-up/Drop-off mail from the post office. Inspect, sort, and make internal mail collection and deliveries throughout the day, as needed. Assist with processing outgoing mail and ensure priority mail items are handled per procedure.
- Foster a professional partnership with internal and external couriers.
- Maintain an Auto Mileage Log / Auto Maintenance checklist (i.e. check fluids, oil, lights, etc.). Document any applicable accident report. Ensure management is aware of any issues or concerns related to Bank vehicles.
- Maintain courier delivery log and internal transit log.
- Follow daily route schedule and keeps management aware of any delays at location(s). Become familiar with all routes for Central Arkansas and serve as a backup to other markets as needed.
- Update Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet(s) to allocate supply and equipment items to applicable cost center information. Ensure charges are assigned to the appropriate cost center. Keep management informed of supplies on hand.
- Frequently inspect, inventory, and organize company supplies and equipment. Maintain inventory of items and determine what items may need replacement.
- Inform Market President, Retail Operations Manager and Security Manager of activities and/or of any problems or concerns.
- Assist with delivery and pick-up of Teal grills, event set-up, and cleanup of grills. May be required to pick up items needed for the grill and/or stock items in designated location.
- Responsible for maintaining Teal grills, ensuring equipment is clean and ready to use (including ice chests for food and beverages).
- Will ensure appropriate waivers and releases are signed by individuals requesting Teal grills.
- Manage facility operations and maintenance for banking centers located in the Market or as assigned by management.
- Identify projects that need higher skilled individual's services. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors by delegating day-to-day repair, maintenance and construction functions listed (but not limited) to:
- Landscaping and maintenance of grounds, including parking lot, garden, trimming, edging, pulling weeds, removing leaves, collecting trash, and spraying weed control.
- Janitorial Services and schedule carpet cleaning.
- Sprinkler system: activate, repair, and winterize.
- Snow and Ice removal.
- Window washing.
- HVAC maintenance; including changing heating & air filters.
- Fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems.
- Paper shredding.
- Roofing repair.
- Office furniture and equipment.
- Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions. Ability to communicate and coordinate with vendors and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external personnel.
- Frequently identify and perform minor fixes, such as repairing locks, damage to facilities, small plumbing leaks or breaks, open clogged lines, and drains, replace seals and maintain drinking fountains. Perform electrical repairs for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, appliances, and lighting systems. Repair wall coverings, remove paint or graffiti.
- Oversee ORE and properties to ensure that they are maintained.
- Oversee company vehicles and ensure they are properly maintained and receive scheduled maintenance. May deliver mobile ATM upon request.
- Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed.
- Report to management regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.
- Respond to emergency situations during regular working hours and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Maintain storage units and storage house organization.
- Business travel is an integral part of this position. Therefore, a valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle in all weather conditions is required.
- Operate computer, telephone, keyboard, scanner, and copier. Basic computer skills including knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, typing, 10-key and the internet. Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel is preferred.
- Must be able to arrive at work on time, work on-site and work cooperatively with other coworkers. Willingness to extend working hours when necessary to accommodate the completion of various tasks as assigned by management.
- Complete all online compliance Teal Training courses in a timely manner.
- Work location and/or additional duties may be assigned or required by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
