Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive/Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our executive leadership. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills, impeccable discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Experience or familiarity with real estate, consulting, or luxury markets is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team

Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Assist with real estate transactions, documentation, and client communication

Conduct market research and prepare briefing materials for client meetings

Support luxury asset sales coordination, including logistics and client follow-up

Maintain organized digital filing systems and track project deadlines

Perform occasional personal errands and tasks as required
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital tools

Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential matters with integrity

Knowledge or interest in real estate and/or the luxury market is preferred
