Description
Brightwater’s Baking and Pastry Arts program equips you with the foundation you need to confidently build your skill set. With a focus on old-world methods and modernist techniques, you'll exercise an inquiry-based approach to better understand the science, technique, precision and creativity behind pastry and baking arts.
Brightwater's state-of-the-art equipment, such as a grain mill, chocolate tempering machine, industrial ice cream maker, and four steam-injected deck ovens, will give you the true experience of making creations from scratch.
Can have a concentration in Baking and Pasty, Artisanal Foods and Culinary Arts.
