Description
Student received basic patient care train during the four-week Certified Nursing Assistant Class. Each student will receive additional training in Phlebotomy and Electrocardiology (EKG). Completion of the course will allow each student to take the National Exam to become a Nationally Certified Patient Care Tech. The student is ALSO eligible to take the State's Certification Exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and the National Healthcareers Association's National Exam to become a Nationally Certified Patient Care Technician. The increase a student employment options to include Long-Term care facilities and hospitals. Typically, having a license in additional to the Certificate of Proficiency will increase the students employment options and wage potential.
Tuition will cover the both licenses for two years.
