Description

The Technical Certificate in Computer Information Systems presents a basic foundation of knowledge in computer hardware, software, and networking. This one-year certificate provides a broad base of knowledge in information technology and individuals with this certificate are prepared to become valuable members as part of an IT team in business and industry. All courses in a Computer Information Systems Certificate of Proficiency can be applied toward the Technical Certificate in Computer Information Systems and courses in the Technical Certificate in Computer Information Systems can be applied toward the Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Students must earn a “C” or above in each required course in order to receive a technical
certificate from Arkansas Northeastern College.
