Description
The Technical Certificate in Teaching is a designed pathway for students wanting to pursue a career in teaching elementary education. The student will gain the foundational knowledge and field experiences needed to work
with school age children. The Technical Certificate recognizes 15 hours of specific education coursework, as well as 16 hours of general education coursework that is required on the Associate of Arts in Teaching and beyond. Students must earn a grade of "C" or better in English Composition I and the math requirement.

During the first two weeks of a fall/spring semester, a student can drop for a 100% refund. After the 11th day census is locked, the student can no longer receive a refund of tuition, fee, or book expenses.
