Description
Certified Medical Assistant duties are Rooming patients upon arrival to the clinic, Obtaining vital signs, weight, Answering phone calls and questions, Assisting providers with exams and procedures, Administering injections or vaccines, Documenting and updating information in the electronic health record (EHR). Upon successful completion of the course, students will be prepared and eligible to sit for the National Certification Exam through AAH (American Allied Health) or NHA (National Healthcareer Association)
